Physiotherapists are experts in body movement. They understand how muscles and joints work and why injuries occur. Our chartered physiotherapists are trained to a high clinical standard and have the skills, knowledge and experience to assess, diagnose and treat any musculoskeletal injury or condition. All our physiotherapists have a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy with a minimum of 10 years experience working with a range of clients from Olympic and Commonwealth athletes to the older arthritic client. They are all members of the CSP and are HPC registered which means you are guaranteed to see someone properly qualified who is governed by a professional code of conduct and is covered by professional liability insurance.  For more information on physiotherapy, please click here

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient healing technique dating back over 5,000 years. Primarily used in China, it involves inserting fine, sterile needles into the skin at specific points to stimulate energy flow and restore balance.

The treatment is perfectly safe and our therapists are trained to a high clinical standard with years of experience. For more information on acupuncture, please click here

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a specific deep tissue massage which is used to identify and correct imbalances in muscle length and tone, re-model scar tissue and improve the circulation and lymphatic flow in the treatment area.

You don't have to be involved in sport to benefit from a sports massage. Most of us suffer with increased tension in our muscles through every day stresses such as work, driving, carrying children, using computers, laptops, tablets & mobile phones. This tension can build up and start to give you pain.
