I have 19 years MSK Physiotherapy experience.
This includes NHS work where I am currently the MSK Team Lead Physiotherapist in the Princess of Wales Hospital Physiotherapy dept and the Clinical lead for treatment of lower limb injuries. I work closely with the orthopaedic surgeons in the management of their patients following surgery to rehabilitate them back to full fitness.
I have worked privately for most of my career in a variety of settings. These include roles as Physiotherapist for the Bridgend Ravens RFC, Swansea AFC Academy and some time spent working abroad in New Zealand in a private clinic.
I am a keen runner (although not a very fast one), and this has lead me to have a special interest into the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of running injuries.
I have worked for One2One Therapy for a number of years and have seen it develop into the exciting and dynamic clinic it is today.
Fun fact – Most interesting physio experience was treating a man on a picnic table in Fiji who had injured his back climbing a coconut tree.
