Farewell to Rhian: A New Chapter Begins

Thursday, 30th May will be Rhian’s last day working as a Physio at one2one.

After 20 years and helping thousands of people in the Bridgend area with their recovery and rehabilitation, Rhian will be taking her career in a different direction.

Anyone who knows Rhian understands how passionate she is about health and wellbeing, which is why she was so driven to set up our wonderful clinic back in 2004. This passion has been the driving force for all her decision-making, including this one.

Rhian knows through her professional career and her personal life experience that human beings thrive when they nourish their body, mind & spirit. This holistic approach to health & wellbeing is what makes Rhian so unique as a physiotherapist and why she has been able to successfully create a centre of excellence for wellness.

While Rhian immensely enjoys the interaction and connection she has with her 1:1 Physiotherapy clients, she feels the urge to teach what she knows to a larger audience and spend some time developing this.

Currently, Rhian teaches core & functional strength classes online in the Her Spirit App (a fitness app for women). She has also developed a ‘Stress & Anxiety’ workshop and teaches these both online and in person. Alongside Suzanne Williams, she is in the process of recording a health & wellness podcast; and when she has time in between all of that, she is writing a book about her own wellness journey.

It’s no wonder why she’s made the decision to take a step back from Physiotherapy with all of that going on.

Please don’t worry; Rhian will still be part of one2one but in a different capacity. Keep an eye out on social media for announcements of future classes and workshops.

We wish Rhian all the best in her new ventures and thank her for her incredible contributions to our clinic and the surrounding community.
