We're still providing video consultations to our clients via Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp and Zoom and our exercise classes are available online too.

Rhian & Tracy are doing their best to lift everyone's mood with weekly empowering mental health discussions on their You Tube channel - The Happy Train.
