One 2 One are offering you the chance to have expert advice & training online from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re an individual or part of a sports team or group, we can create an online classroom for you to stay active, improve your strength & flexibility, enhance performance and improve your knowledge and skills.

Perhaps you’d like to train with your team/group and target key areas such as core strength or flexibility. Maybe you’d like to run a workshop or seminar on injury prevention or nutrition. Whatever your needs, we can tailor it to suit you.

Currently we work with running & triathlon groups and individuals from all over the World who want to make the most of this race free time.

I do a zoom strength and conditioning class with Angharad on a Monday and a Thursday.  Angharad is always encouraging and explains each exercise as you go along. Always enjoy the sessions, if I miss a session I feel disappointed.

I am loving the online yoga classes. It means they are more accessible to me and easy to attend especially at this tough time. I'm means I get to do more of them and helps structure my day and something to look forward to. Both Beth and Mike are great. Each have their own style so something for everyone but both explain everything and encourage everyone in the class. Being at home is like having your own private studio and teacher and you're truly focus on yourself.

I find classes online much easier to attend as well. Work and family commitments make getting to the gym impossible at times. I hope streaming classes never disappears when normality returns. It’s the only option at the moment but will be a nice bonus going forward.

Online classes have been fun and accessible. The tutors are great at making clear instructions and practicing in your own home has its benefits like your own music and own practice without comparing to other people. Highly recommended.

Easy to follow instructions. Different options available depending on fitness level. Simple. No fuss. Great feedback on position when you need it. I love these sessions. My core strength has massively improved from the Core Workout and S&C classes.
