A New Wellbeing Service offered at one2one

Ever wondered what Rhian has been doing in her spare time since stepping down as owner of one2one? She has been working hard developing a new wellbeing service to offer our clients.

As you know, Rhian is passionate about health & wellbeing and her primary goal as a therapist has always been to address the root cause of a clients problem with a holistic approach. She has been studying the relationship between physical symptoms, our mind and our emotions and how they interconnect for over 20 years and uses this knowledge to prescribe the most effective treatment plans for her clients. She has also used this knowledge to overcome personal health issues with anxiety, depression, eczema and Graves Disease.

Rhian states ‘I decided to step down as a business owner in 2022 to give me the time and space to focus on my career and my life purpose. I love helping others make positive changes to their lives; watching them thrive and achieve is pure joy. My goal is to empower as many people as possible to take back control of their health by sharing my knowledge and personal experience which is why I have developed a new wellbeing service’

Rhian will be offering 1:1 & group sessions both in person and online to cater for individual needs. Her first in person event at one2one is a mini workshop on Friday 9th February at 6:30pm. This workshop is for anyone wanting to improve their awareness and understanding of the causes and symptoms of anxiety and learn simple techniques for identifying triggers and how to manage symptoms.

If you would like to improve your knowledge on this topic, whether to help yourself or someone else, you can book directly onto Rhian’s workshop using the link below.

We are delighted to offer this new wellbeing service to our clients and feel that it is much needed at the moment. Anxiety has risen significantly over the last decade. In 2022/2023, an average of 37.1% of women and 29.9% of men reported high levels of anxiety compared to data from 2012-2015 where 21.8% of women and 18.3% of men reported high levels of anxiety.

Through knowledge and understanding, we can empower ourselves and others to make long lasting positive changes to reduce these figures and one2one wants to be part of that mission.

We would like to thank Rhian for developing these new services and wish her all the very best for her new venture.
